Abstract:
I'm away on day-job business during the week in Ireland, unfortunately my access to email is seriously reduced so it's likely nobody will get responded to until the weekend.

I can sometimes get a moment or two to read email but writing new ones is not normally something I can do so if I don't get to respond to an email you've sent until next weekend please don't think I'm ignoring you :)

Due to the volume of Spam in my account, you can help me in a big way if you put "UKTRAINSIM" in the subject, and if it's urgent (e.g. subscriptions or accounts not working etc) then please put "URGENT" on it too so that it stands out from the other dross - I've had one or two genuine emails come in with no subject line and that kind of thing normally gets deleted unseen so always please put a suitable subject line on the message!
