Description:Snowdrift at Bleath Gill
Scenario Pack

This pack contains 3 scenarios, based on the 1955 BFT movie "Snowdrift at Bleath Gill"

In part 1 you take charge of a J25 class loco and 78015 to deliver refreshments, waste cotton and paraffin from Barnard Castle to the incident site...
In part 2 with the same locos as in part 1, you haul 78018 out of the snowdrift and take her to West Auckland to thaw out...
In part 3 you take charge of 78017 and 78015 and drive from Kirkby Stephen East to the incident site, collect the stranded wagons and then after performing for the BFT cameras, deliver the wagons to their original destination: Barnard Castle...

78017 and 78015 were chosen for the player as they were used in the incident irl. and the J21 was used as a representation of the mystery J21 or J25 that is very briefly seen as the one that hitches directly up to 78018 in the movie... I chose to number it as 65687 as I was unable to find a frame that showed the number of that loco in the movie, so I picked a random number out of the hat based on what J21's & J25's were present at Darlington at the time.

All loco/shed numbers on AI are accurate to what lived in the region at that time, except for the E4 which is a little out of time by 1955 but its so cute I couldn't resist.

Excerpts from the commentary on the Snowdrift at Bleath Gill movie will display at various points in the scenarios, to tie in the scenario events with the movie and add that little bit of extra immersion.

Although each scenario features double heading, the well known double heading "bug" should not be an issue for you, as the locos you couple to are set as "dead" in the editor, to provide a little bit more of a challenge to the player.

Please note: if you are running RWE, you will find it is a lot darker than I intended it to be. for the best visual experience I recommend running these scenarios on vanilla shaders.
