| Description | : | Havent made a scenario in a while but thought seeing as this
is my local line I will do one for this..
Requirements are as follows
North Wales Coastal (Exclusive to TS2018)
South Wales Coastal for the 175
Armstrong Powerhouse Class 175 Enhancement Pack (Optional for better sound)
I have tried to make this as interesting as possible
Used the wrong headcode by mistake also
