Description : Scotrail Class 320 "320315" v1.2 --------------------- A fleet of 22 Class 320 units were built in 1990 and were used exclusively on the North Clyde Line between Helensburgh and Airdrie via Glasgow Queen Street Low Level. The units replaced the aging Class 303 and 311 stock which were by then 30 years old. The Class 320s were effectively a 3-car version of the Class 321 and 322, and with much shorter passenger journeys, the Class 320 units lack toilets, had a lower maximum speed of 75mph, and the units were not fitted with yaw dampers. However, in 2010, the yaw dampers were fitted to the whole fleet and the maximum speed was upgraded to 90mph. The Class 320s were delivered in Strathclyde Transport orange and black livery. From 1997, SPT carmine and cream livery were progressively phased in. In 2002-04, while the fleet were given an interior refurbishment, the livery was slightly revised, the passenger doors being all cream. From 2011, the Class 320 units undergo refurbishment, which included internal refresh and fitting of toilet, and the relivery into Scotrail saltire blue. The Class 320s began working on the Argyle Line from July 2011, cascading Class 334 units to be used on Helensburgh to Edinburgh Waverley via newly opened Airdrie to Bathgate link. This unit is numbered 320315 in Scotrail saltire blue livery, following it's refurbishment in 2011. This model now goes up to 90mph. This train uses Cabs and Sounds from MT Great Eastern. If you don't have them installed, replacement files are included to use the following files, see below. *Class 321 cabview set up as common.cab (3143) *Networker Sounds for the sounds (4688) This unit is set up for MSTSbin Patch and therefore you must have MSTSbin patch installed. Failure to do so will result in error messages.
