Description : The Reading Roundabout Another updated version, this time for TS2015. It has had a general tidy up asset wise, and a few small alterations. Due to two successive failures of the new Class 166 units, for the local service to Oxford, a decision has been made to extend the Portsmouth-Reading Class 33 and 4TC set as far as Didcot, rather than it laying over for an hour with the cleaners. You will now operate as an all stops service to Didcot Parkway where a spare Class 101 from Oxford should be waiting for ongoing connections. You then have to make a quick return to Reading, non-stop, now driving from the Class 438 4TC cab.... Load up your passengers and leave as soon as you get a signal. Try to arrive back at Reading no later than 12.50, and therefore be on time for your stock to form the 12.53 scheduled service back to Portsmouth Harbour. Beware at Didcot, as the approach to platform 5 is subject to an unmarked 15mph restriction.
