| Class 101/111 'screaming gears' patch [18 Feb 2012] |

| Description | : | The two applications in this package replace the .bin files in the class 101 or 111 driving units to mitigate the 'screaming' from rear cars. This fix simply changes the 'applies to consist' parameter from 'false' to 'true' for all default units. The utility also places a back-up of the files in the relevant folder so if it all goes wrong, you still have the old files. If you have amended the .bin files in any other way, this patch will overwrite those changes!
Because the relevant files are 'protected', it's not possble to use a .rwp file. Therefore I have created two little installers, one for the class 101 and one for the class 111.
IMPORTANT: ensure that if you are running this program in Windows Vista or Windows 7, that you are running it as administrator or it's likely that it won't work.
You MUST have the RSC class 101 or 111 add-on installed as appropriate. This utility does NOT add new rolling stock and it certainly doesn't include any shape or geometry files; it simply edits some existing .bin files.
INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK. No responsibility can be accepted for any damage to your hardware or Steam installation.
