Description : West Coast Express Modernisation Pack [Unofficial Upgrade] Released April 2010 for UKTrainsim ALL Copyrights belong to their respective owners. Information This download converts the West Coast Express route to its modern day look. The download contains a number of new platforms textures and station signs which use today’s branding. As an added bonus there is also a new load screen included. The download comes as an easy installer, and no additional files are required. It is important that you backup your route before performing the install, as there is no method to revert back to the previous signs. It is recommended that you backup your EB_WCML folder before running the installer. Please Note you must have West Coast Express route installed for this to work correctly. This patch is unofficial, so you download and install at your own risk. Installation Notes Please follow the steps below for installation: 1. Backup your West Coast Express Route folder. This is usually found in C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesTrain SimulatorRoutesEB_ECML. Please keep this copy in a safe location as if you wish to revert back to the original signs or textures you will need this folder. 2. Run the ‘Install Me’ file that comes with this download to upgrade your route. All files including the load screen are installed automatically. 3. Load MSTS and West Coast Express, where you will see the new load screen and stations. Note: As mentioned before, if you wish to revert back to the original version of the route, you will need to use your backup.
