Description : My interpretation of the Bristol to Birmingham route as it could have been in the 1950's to the mid 60's if the Station and Branch closures of the 2nd World War hadn't hapened. Includes the lines from Mangotsfield to Bath, and the Thornbury, Dursley,Stroud, and Sharpness branches. The scenery is generic rather than brick by brick accurate. This route relies on the following to work: UK FINESCALE V3.1.6 - available from the UKTS MSTS Quick Picks TSECT 38 or41-available from the UKTS MSTS Quick Picks MSTS NEWROADS V4-UKTS6254(Type MSTS Newroads in the simple search function) Due to a large number of tiles that are heavily poulated, THIS ROUTE WILL PROBABLY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY IF MSTS BIN IS NOT INSTALLED. I have tested the route using versions: 1.7.051922 'stable version' and 1.8.052113 'work related version' so the choice is yours. The route also requires the Patch 1.0 detailed below which should be used after the route has been installed. Patch 2.0 to correct Snow Textures has now been removed. At a later date the route will be corrected but at present the route will not support running in 'snow'. Un zip this file to a temporary location and then have a look at the read me's for installation help.
