Description : Railway Bridges come in all shapes and sizes to suit the location they are intended for, so this bridge kit is to try and allow replication of various configurations and sorry to say, in the process show the limitations as you build your railway/route. The kit consists of three functional components to configure the bridges to any form you desire. These are the abutment end and central pillars, bridge decks of 30, 40 and 60 ft ish length. Further you can select the single or double track and open or closed decks as variants. Further for those who are brave, there are isolated components to allow bridge building to their own design (from the bottom up!). One issue in bridge building is the ability to cross/bridge things at an angle, in bridge terms this is call skew. The basic design of the bridge components has been fixed at a 90 degree angle to the feature its will bridge (In terms of civil engineering, 0 degree skew/straight across). What could be possible is to use the 60ft span and bridge say a double track railway at about 30 degrees skew (So there is some flexibility) If you wish to go further than this, then you will have to use (I think) a different abutment, with the individual components.
