Description : A Truescale narrow gauge loco! With self-installer and consist. The following is total fiction! Two overhead electric tram locos were provided for the narrow gauge street tramway in Telford in 1923, although not certain, it is believed that the local engineering company, Browns & Sons built the locos? Very little is known about the Tramway, as it did not appear to survive for long. However one of the locos (No 2) did arrive at the workshops of the "Bodgit & Scarper Engineering Company" in 1938 for conversion to diesel power. The conversion was not very sympathetic, being carried out on the cheep! A side panel was removed and an over large radiator placed in the gap with no repaint taking place. The model represents No 2 in her final years having now worked on many different railways through the years. Although not designed for reskinning the lettering applied to the loco is easy to change to your companies own!
