It's all in french but basically click on 'Oui' to accept the agreement, then 'analyse tout' to start the analysis. Once it's done, you can see various numbers on the lines:

1. How many consists
2. How many Engines, Wagons and total.
3. How many eng/wag are being used.
4. How many are therefore not used (orphans)
5. How many are missing (referred to but don't exist).

It's a beta, so worth a look but don't trust it 100% yet - one question I have is whether this is looking at static consists in activities, my very poor french is telling me it is only looking in consist files so if you were to delete all your 'orphan' stock items you might find problems with activities no longer running because stock used in statics have disappeared...

A very good start though, very professionally put together and very quick to run - it will be another useful little utility in the toolbox once it is complete.
