Description : *** Updated with bug fixes and enhancements *** The TSCM project was given life in Spring 2004 when Paul Gausden converted his magnificent Shape Viewer to use an ActiveX viewer control. The aim was to put together a simple tool for MSTS fans to view and amend their consists outside of MSTS's Consist Editor buried deep inside the Activity Editor. TSCM was developed alongside and with no knowledge of the Conbuilder / Shape Viewer integration project. TSCM is NOT YET a replacement for ConBuilder, you can use it to view many consists at once, create consists (not loose or random) and to do usage checks on consists and stock but it is nowhere near as feature-rich as ConBuilder - plus it has bugs as listed in the readme.txt file. Installation Procedure ---------------------- 1. Install Paul Gausden's Shape Viewer (UKTS File Item 7930) - TSCM will not work without it 2. Uninstall TSCM V1.0-50 if previously installed 3. Unzip the contents of this file into a temporary folder 4. Run the Setup.exe and follow the prompts 5. Once intalled, a TSCM start menu item is created under program group TNF - double click it to run.
